These terms govern use of PeriClear as a symptom tracking, pattern awareness, and appointment-preparation journal.

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location and be old enough to use a consumer health journaling app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you choose to enter.
PeriClear helps you track and summarize information you log. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, contraception, fertility prediction, hormone testing, clinical decision support, or emergency care. PeriClear does not diagnose perimenopause or hormone imbalance and does not tell you what is normal for your body.
Always contact a qualified clinician for medical concerns. For severe, sudden, worsening, or concerning symptoms, seek urgent or emergency care.
PeriClear is not a method of birth control. Do not use PeriClear to prevent pregnancy, plan contraception, confirm fertility status, or make decisions about pregnancy risk.
Reports, pattern summaries, and appointment packs are based on the entries you provide. Patterns do not prove cause. You should review any report with a qualified clinician before relying on it for health decisions.
Premium features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscription details, renewal, cancellation, restore-purchase behavior, and Premium feature descriptions are explained in the Subscription Terms.
You may delete your PeriClear account and app data through the in-app deletion flow. Subscription cancellation is separate and must be managed through your Apple account settings.
If you download or subscribe to PeriClear through Apple, your use is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services terms, App Store rules, and Apple's standard end user license terms unless a separate custom license applies.
PeriClear may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, subscriptions, or availability. PeriClear may also update these terms as the app changes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PeriClear is provided as-is and as-available. PeriClear is not responsible for medical decisions, missed care, pregnancy prevention, fertility decisions, lost data, indirect damages, or outcomes based on user-entered information or pattern summaries. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
